  You gotta give it to Sonic and Donna. After being away for 8 years he recognized me as soon as I came in on a Friday morning. We picked up talking about my brother and sister (former skydivers who stayed in NY) like we were old friends. In my cross country trip from WA to NY, my rig lost it's reserve seal, so I could not jump. In an hour, he managed a maticulous repack (I hope I don't need) and helped every customer who came through the door. In fact, unlike most riggers, he offered me the opportunity to cut away and deploy the reserve in the rigging loft so I would have the experience under my belt. I was jumping by 11am and my daytrip to The Ranch was salvaged. What a crew.
